Romanian Cam Studio NightProwl Announces Expansion Plans

BUCHAREST — NightProwl Studio is taking its cam business to the next level with the acquisition of ChatLive Studio and the launch of a new production studio.

Highlighting the effort is the launch of "one of the most modern studios in Europe," a rep notes, in the city of Constanta, Romania; with 12 rooms and with an investment of over 250,000 euros. In addition, NightProwl has acquired ChatLive Studio in Iasi, Romania.

ChatLive was founded over 10 years ago by local entrepreneur Sebi Onofrei, who now is moving on to different areas of the live cam industry. "By passing the reins over to NightProwl, Onofrei is ensuring his work from the last decade will remain in good hands. NightProwl Iasi is under renovation and scheduled to reopen in mid-September," notes a rep.

“I am confident that this studio under new leadership will continue to grow and evolve in a beautiful manner,” said Onofre. “I will still be around the live cam industry, providing services such as Camerolla and other projects to come in the near future.”

NightProwl Studio was founded in 2011 by Alex Gheorghe, who is also the founder and owner of AWSummit.

“I do not intend to create the largest network of models in terms of quantity,” Gheorghe explained. “We are focusing on making real progress day-by-day, maintaining our position and increasing the quality level of our models and certainly the revenue per model.”

“We have a leading role when it comes to a model’s income, and monetizing, and we will not stop here,” Gheorghe added. “We will keep delivering more than expected.”
